Arranged on 50 square meters, located on the first floor and furnished in a modern style, the 2-room apartment in villetta has a prevalence of white and walnut in the large living room consisting of table, flat screen TV, chest of drawers, sofa bed and kitchen with induction plates, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher; the lines are clean and essential to ensure maximum livability. In the master bedroom, the warmth of orange is added to white and walnut to hug you when you enter and lull your rest; the room is completed by an additional large chest of drawers and a table that can become a work desk. In the bathroom, the emotional shower is added to the suspended sanitary ware. The terrace overlooking the sea is magnificent, full of greenery and equipped with very comfortable sofas. Magliolo, between sea and mountains

The spa is always open on Saturdays from 16 to 20 and Sundays from 10 to 15. From June 10th to September 10th it is also open on Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays from 16 to 20.

The cost of utilities for gas and electricity is not included and varies according to consumption. The costs are €1.20/m3 for gas and €0.60/Kwh for electricity.
